	- Position the vehicle on a lift.
- Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the battery terminal (-).

- Disconnect the rapid connector for the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter, active charcoal filter side.

- Undo the bolts and remove the power assisted steering box as far foward as necessary.

- Release the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter from the fastenings on the engine compartment bulkhead.
- Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the protection (1b) for the fuel supply pipe and the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter.

- Disconnect the rapid connector for the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter, separator side.

|  | Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system. | 

- Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the supply and return pipes from the evaporator (1b), evaporator side.

- Release the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter from the fastenings on the underbody and remove it.

	- Place the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter in position and secure it to the underbody using the fastenings.
|  | Replace the O rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a refrigerant fluid. Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze. |

- Secure the air conditioning system pipes to the side panels using the fastenings.
- Connect the flange for the pipe from the air conditioning condenser to the intermediate connector (2a), intermediate connector side and tighten the nut (2b) to the recommended torque.

- Connect the rapid connector for the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter, separator side.
- Place the protection for the fuel supply pipe and the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter in position and fasten them using the bolts.
- Fasten the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter using the fastenings on the engine compartment bulkhead.
- Position the power assisted steering box in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the rapid connector for the pipe from the fuel vapour separator to the active charcoal filter, active charcoal filter side.

- Connect the negative battery terminal (-).
- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
