Removing ( Refitting

) 1. Disconnect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator and drain the engine coolant.

Manually press the springs and remove the rapid attachment for the hose.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) of the inlet side drive pulley, using the tool (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Remove the inlet side driven pulley.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the water pump (1b) complete with O-Ring (1c).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the water pump (1a), complete with O-Ring, back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Fit the inlet side driven pulley and fix it using the bolts without tightening them.Connect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator.Refill the engine cooling system with coolant Op. 0010T20 COOLANT CHECK DENSITY AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.
