Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Proceed with the removal    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Proceed with the removal    Op. 3340A12 ABS HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT.Proceed with the removal    Op. 3340A13 ABS CENTRAL MOUNT - R R.1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the brake/clutch fluid reservoir (1b).2. Disconnect the single-acting valve from the brake servo.
1. Work on the fastening clips (1a) and release the brake pump (1b) from the pedal.
Take care not to damage the fastening clips.
2. Undo the nuts fixing the brake servo/brake pump assembly to the pedals mounting.
Proceed with the removal    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B65 ENGINGE BAY DUSTGUARD PROTECTION IN LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B90 LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R..Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Position a hydraulic jack beneath the gearbox.1. Unscrew the bolt securing the power unit rigid mount to the flexible block.
Lower the power unit as necessary using the hydraulic jack.Working underneath the vehicle, extract the brake servo/brake pump assembly from its housing.Tighten the bolt securing the gearbox side power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting.Remove the hydraulic jack from beneath the gearbox1. Working in the engine compartment, remove the brake servo/brake pump assembly.
Refitting ( Removing ) Working in the engine compartment, temporarily position the brake servo/brake pump assembly.Position a hydraulic jack beneath the gearbox.Unscrew the bolt securing the power unit rigid mount to the flexible block.Working underneath the vehicle, place the brake servo/brake pump assembly in position.1. Tighten the bolt securing the power unit gearbox side rigid support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

Undo the connectors (1a) and remove the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the A.B.S. hydraulic control unit (1b).2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the brake-clutch fluid minimum level warning light switch.

3. Undo the bolt (3a) and move the brake/clutch fluid reservoir (3b) aside.
1. Disconnect the single-acting valve from the brake servo.2. Release the rigid pipe from the A.B.S. hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (2a) from the fastening band (2b).
Working in the passenger compartment, release the buttons and move the trim.1. Work on the fastening clips (1a) and release the brake pump (1b) from the pedal.
Take care not to damage the fastening clips.
