Removing ( Refitting )

• Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the battery terminal (-).

• Remove the cover for the casing on the battery.

• Disconnect the electrical connections (1a), (1b), (1c) and (1d) from the casing on the battery.

2. Undo the bolts.3. Remove the retaining bracket4. Loosen the terminal bolt.5. Remove the casing on the battery. Refitting ( Removing )

• Place the casing on the battery in position and tighten the terminal bolt.
• Place the retaining bracket in its housing and secure it using the bolts.
• Connect the electrical connections to the casing on the battery.
• Place the cover for the casing on the battery in position.
• Connect the negative battery terminal (-).
