125001016 - 1048A14 AIR CLEANER FILTERING ELEMENT - REPLACE.

Removing ( Refitting ) Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF postition, then disconnect the battery negative terminal.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the air flow meter.

1Air flow meter See K41 AIR FLOW METER ( CONNECTORS )
Disconnect the electrical wiring for the flow meter from the fastening on the air intake sleeve.2. Disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe from the air intake duct.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the air intakehouse (3b) complete with air flow meter (3c).
1. Undo fastening clips (1a) and remove the air filter cover (1b).2. Remove the air filter element.
Refitting ( Removing )
When replacing the air filter, before fitting the new filter element, remove any impurities in the filter casing (by suction) that could fall into the clean air section of the circuit. Ensure that the filter element is correctly positioned so that the seal does not emerge from its housing and is not cut or damaged.
Place a new filter element for the air filter back in the housing.Place the air filter cover back in its housing and secure with clips.Refit the air intake hose with air flow meter and secure with collars.Connect the oil vapour recirculation pipe to the air intake duct.Connect the electrical connection to the air flow meter and secure the electrical wiring to the fastening on the air intake sleeve.Connect the battery terminal (-).
