2400090 - 1032B44 toothed drive pulley - r + r with timing belt removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Remove the flywheel housing protective plug.2. Unscrew the bolt securing the flywheel protective case.
1. Fit the flywheel lock (1a) and fix it using the bolt (1b) removed previously.

1. Fit the tool.
Although the flywheel lock has been inserted, this operation is necessary to lock the pulley to prevent it twisting during bolt loosening/itghtening and causing damage to the internal locating dowel.

2. Undo the bolt fixing the toothed drive pulley.Remove the tool.

3. Remove the toothed drive pulley.
Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the drive pulley back in its housing.2. Fit the tool.

3. Tighten the bolt fixing the toothed drive pulley to the recommended torque.
