) Proceed with removal - 5530B10 battery - r+r Proceed with removal - 1048A32 sleeve from air cleaner to intake manifold - r + r Proceed with the removal - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace Proceed with removal - 1056B60 single fuel manifold pipe, with injectors - r + r Proceed with removal - 1036L40 mount for seal on camshaft in cylinder head extension complete with coil/s - includes cleaning of mating surfaces sealant application1. Remove the camshaft protective plugs on the cylinder head extension. 2. Rotate the camshaft, using small movements, and fit the camshaft timing tools.

The camshaft timing adjustment tools are also used for leverage when unscrewing/tightening rear gear bolts.

1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove the camshaft idler gears (1b).

) 1. Place the camshaft idler gears (1a) back in their housings and tighten bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Tighten the protective plugs for the camshafts on the cylinder head extension to the specified torque.
