) Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Proceed with removal - 1048A32 sleeve from air cleaner to intake manifold - r + r1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

2. Undo and remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the engine coolant temperature sensor back in its housing and tighten it to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine coolant temperature sensor. Proceed with refitting - 1048A32 sleeve from air cleaner to intake manifold - r + r . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
