Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp Proceed with removal  - 5530B10  battery - r+r Proceed with removal  - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. Proceed with removal Proceed with removal  - 4450B04  right front wheel r r Proceed with removal  - 7055B66  Engine compartment DUST SHIELD protection in right front wheel arch - R.R. Proceed with removal  - 7055B91  Right front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Proceed with removal  - 3340B52  pump/central obs pipe - r r Proceed with removal  - 3340A12  A'B.S. system. - electronic and hydraulic CONTROL UNIT R.R. Proceed with removal  - 5040A60  pipe from condenser to evaporator (expansion pipe) - r+r1. Withdraw the retaining clips2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe fromthe hydraulic unit to the front right brake (2b), hydraulic unit side, using tool (2c).

3. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake (3a) from fastenings (3b). 1. Working in the wheel compartment, remove the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake back in its housing and secure with fastenings.1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake (1a), flexible pipe side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque using tool (1c).

2. Refit the retaining clip in its seat. Proceed with refitting  - 5040A60  pipe from condenser to evaporator (expansion pipe) - r+r . Proceed with refitting  - 3340A12  A'B.S. system. - electronic and hydraulic CONTROL UNIT R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 3340B52  pump/central obs pipe - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 0010T64  brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary . Proceed with refitting  - 0010T65  hydraulic brake system bleed air . Proceed with refitting  - 7055B91  Right front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 7055B66  Engine compartment DUST SHIELD protection in right front wheel arch - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 4450B04  right front wheel r r . Proceed with refitting . Proceed with refitting  - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 5530B10  battery - r+r . Remove the car from the ramps.
