2400505 - 5040C24 air conditioner box - dismantle and rebuild at bench

 - 5040C18  RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE ASSEMBLY - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED - 5040C20  Air conditioning HEATER/DISTRIBUTOR ASSEMBLY - R.R. with air conditioning casing removed - 5040C66  air conditioner evaporator - r+r with air conditioner box removed1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the motors (1b) from both sides of the heater/distributor assembly after having marked the fitting position and area. 2. Undo the 10 bolts fixing the two parts of the assembly.3. Check for the marks for matching the flap gears (arrows and top teeth) and remove the gears. 4. Undo the lower two bolts that are now accessible.5. Separate the two parts of the assembly and keep the flaps on the right side after having marked their position. 1. Undo the four bolts.2. Remove the dual zone section and keep the flaps on the left side after having marked their position. Position the flaps on the left side, fit the dual zone section and fasten it using the bolts. Position the right side flaps, join the two sections of the assembly and tighten the bolts. Position the flap control gears in accordance with the matching marks.Check that the flaps are working properly.Position the motors and fasten them using the bolts.  - 5040C66  air conditioner evaporator - r+r with air conditioner box removed - 5040C20  Air conditioning HEATER/DISTRIBUTOR ASSEMBLY - R.R. with air conditioning casing removed - 5040C18  RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE ASSEMBLY - R.R.
