2. Drill out the headless bolts (2a). Remove the ignition switch (2b).

Work carefully to avoid knocking the Air Bag or causing excessive vibrations.

Refitting ( Removing

) Check that the ignition switch is not damaged.Position the ignition switch.Screw in the two new special bolts until the head breaks.Connect the electrical connections. - 5580E08 aerial for alpha code - r r - 7040A26 steering column trim - r+rCheck the operation of the electrical system and the steering lock.
