Removing ( Refitting ) Tilt the backrest of the seat to be removed forward to the end of its travel.1. Move the seat completely forwards.2. Raise the edge of mat (2a) and unscrew rear bolts (2b).
1. Move the seat fully back and undo the front bolts.2. Disconnect the electrical connections.

3. Remove the seat.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the seat and the guides are not damaged.1. Connect the electrical connections .2. Position seat (2a) in place on the car floor and do up locating pin (2b).
Check that the carpet is not fouling against the guide support areas. Work with due caution so as not to damage the plastic parts.
1. Screw in front bolts (1a) without tightening.
The seat must be fixed to the floor without suffering distortion on the guides. If necessary, adjust the floating nuts (1b) making sure that they are free.
Slide the seat fully forward.1. Screw on and tighten the inner rear bolt.

2. Reposition the mat edge.3. Screw in outer rear bolt (3a) onto floating nut (3b) and tighten.

Slide the seat to intermediate positions and check the keys on both guides engage at the same time. Tighten both front bolts.

Check that the seat slides correctly. If there is lengthwise clearance for the guide attachment, loosen the door side bolts; slide the seat several times, then tighten the bolts to the recommended torque. Check the seat belt fastened warning light comes on correctly.
