1. Recline and raise the rear seat.2. Support the seat and use a screwdriver to prise out (without
removing) the clips retaining the ends of the telescopic strut. 3. Remove the telescopic strut.4. Lower the seat.

Check that the telescopic strut
is undamaged.Refit the telescopic strut, press-fitting
the ends of the anchoring pins.Fit the retaining clips.Check that the telescopic strut is working
and the seat is properly supported.
