) Lower the window completely. - 7010D38 rear side door manual window mechanism handle/ring-nut r r (for manual window lift) 1. Open the door and undo the bolt.2. Move aside the handle assembly (2a), disengaging the retainer (2b).3. Disconnect the electrical connection of the window lift switch.

4. Disengage the rod (4a) from the retainers (4b).5. Keep the trim assembly.

1. Remove the embellishment cover.2. Undo the bolts.3. Using the special tool, remove the panel's internal retainers.

4. Remove the panel (4a) after lifting it to disengage its top profile (4b) from the door frame.

To avoid damaging the panel, make sure to release it from its fixings before pulling it. Lever from the outside on the bottom edge of the weather strip (for manual window) or by inserting a screwdriver in the rear area between the panel and door, so as to prise off the weather strip (for electric window).

Refitting ( Removing

) Check that the door panel is not damaged and that the retainers are intact and correctly positioned. Position the panel, engaging the top profile and fitting the retaining pins correctly.Tighten the bolts and fit the embellishment cover.Position the trim, engaging the rod in the retainers.Connect the electrical connection.Fit the handle assembly, engage the retainer and tighten the bolt. - 7010D38 rear side door manual window mechanism handle/ring-nut r r (for manual window)
