2400179 - 1088D10 lower sleeve for coolant outlet from radiator - r + r

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp1. Loosen the band and disconnect the lower radiator coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.

Collect the engine coolant in a suitable container.

1. Loosen the band and disconnect the lower radiator coolant outlet hose from the radiator, engine oil heat exchanger end. 1. Loosen the band, disconnect the engine coolant supply sleeve, tank side and remove complete with the lower coolant outlet sleeve from the radiator. Working at the bench, loosen the band and disconnect the lower radiator coolant outlet hose from the radiator from the engine coolant system supply sleeve. Refitting ( Removing ) Connect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator to the engine coolant system supply sleeve and tighten the band.Place the engine coolant system supply sleeve and the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator back in its housing, connect tot he radiator and tighten the band. Refit the lower coolant outlet sleeve from the radiator, engine oil heat exchanger side and tighten the band.Connect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side, and tighten the band. Refill the engine cooling system with coolant  - 0010T20  coolant change . Remove the car from the ramps.
