Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolts fixing the hinge to the bodyshell.2. Remove the hinge (2a) and collect any shims (2b). 1. Unscrew the bolt retaining the hinge to the door.2. Remove the hinge. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the hinge to the door.Screw on the hinge bolt on the door, without tightening.Refit the hinge on the bodyshell.

It will be decided whether to use shims when adjusting and centring the door.

Screw on the bolts securing the hinge to the bodyshell, without tightening them.

The hinge bolts will be fully tightened during adjustment and centring of the door.
