2400491 - 5040A44 air conditioner dehydrating filter/accumulator - r+r

Follow the safety instructions (See 5040 - Precautions)

Removing ( Refitting ) Place the vehicle on a lift. Drain the refrigerant (  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge ).  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r - 4450B02  left front wheel r r - 7055B90  Left front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. - 4450B04  right front wheel r r - 7055B91  Right front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. - 7210E10  R.R. FRONT BUMPER - 5540B78  left front light cluster with turn signal and foglamp r r1. Release the retaining ring.2. Extract the drier filter cartridge (2a), via the opening (2b).

Seal the housing for the drier filter cartridge using a suitable plug to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the drier filter cartridge is not damaged.

Replace the O-rings for the connectors.

Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A refrigerant.

Lubricate the thread of the connectors using anti-freeze.

Fit the drier filter cartridge.Fit the seal. - 5540B78  left front light cluster with turn signal and foglamp r r - 7210E10  R.R.
