2400706 - 7010A24 rear side door hinges - repair or replace with door removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolts fixing the hinge to the bodyshell.2. Remove the hinge (2a) and collect any shims (2b). 1. Unscrew the bolts retaining the handle to the door.2. Remove the hinge. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the hinge to the door.Tighten the bolt securing the hinge to the door, without tightening it.Refit the hinge to the door.

It will be decided whether to use shims when adjusting and centring the door.

Screw on the bolts securing the hinge to the bodyshell, without tightening them.

The hinge bolts will be tightened during adjustment and centring of the door.
