Removing ( Refitting )  - 7040A43  cover (one only) for wiring beneath facia - r r .  - 7040A37  fuse box cover - r r .  - 7040A65  passenger compartment box lock , one , r r .  - 5580C18  air bag module - r+r .
Closely observe the safety regulations established for this operation.
 - 7040A26  steering column trim - r+r .  - 4110A11  steering wheel - r+r for replacement or check for versions with air bag .  - 5550A12  complete stalk unit - r+r for versions with air bag .  - 5505A18  multi-function control unit - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).  - 3330B02  pedal assembly - r r . 1. Undo the bolt securing brake and clutch pedals.2. Remove the split pin securing the clutch pump.3. Remove the clutch pedal (3a) complete with spring (3b) and bush (3c).4. Remove the brake pedal (4a) complete with bush (4b) and spacers (4c).
Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the brake pedal, complete with bush and spacers, in its seating.Refit the clutch pedal, complete with spring and bush, in its seating.Fit the split pin securing the clutch pump.Tighten the bolt securing the brake and clutch pedals to the specified torque.
