3314082 - 1032C19 mobile timing belt tensioner - r r for versions with air conditioner (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the lift. Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

Rotate the crankshaft so that the references on the camshafts are aligned with the ones on the relevant caps.
1. Slacken the timing belt moving tensioner bolts (1a) and remove the timing belt (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) fully and remove the timing belt moving tensioner (2b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the timing belt moving tensioner and fix it using the bolts without tightening them. Fit the timing belt and carry out the timing (refer to op.   1032B14  toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement versions with air conditioner ).  - 1032D12  timing system protective cover(s) - r + r .  - 1092G20  engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r .  - 1092G14  engine component single belt mobile tensioner - r + r .  - 1092G10  single engine belt r r .  - 4130B10  power steering fluid resevoir r r .  - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right).  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (right).  - 1016A36  left hand and right hand cam cover - r+r .  - 1072B50  sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
