Place the driveshaft in a vice fitted with protective jaws.1. Remove the circlip (1a) and withdraw the tripod joint from the drive shaft (1b).2. Loosen the band (2a) and remove the protective boot (2b).

If necessary, renew the grease inside the differential side sliding joint.

The above quantity is divided between 70 +/- 5 g in the sliding joint and 70 +/- 5 g in the boot.

Place the protective boot in its housing and secure it using a new band.Place the three lobe joint in its housing on the driveshaft and secure it using the circlip.Remove the driveshaft from the vice.
