Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with removal  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Proceed with removal  - 1088D14  upper sleeve for coolant inlet to radiator - r + r . Proceed with removal  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. . Proceed with removal  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair . Proceed with removal - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. . Proceed with removal - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER . 1. Undo the drain plug in the radiator and drain the engine coolant.
Recover the coolant using a suitable container.
Proceed with removal  - 1088E11  fans with single engine duct - r+r . 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the lower radiator hose, water pump rigid inlet pipe side.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine cooling radiator (1b) complete with lower hose (1c).2. Recover the bracket.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the engine cooling radiator, complete with lower hose and bracket, then fix it using the bolts.Connect the lower radiator hose, water pump rigid inlet pipe side and tighten the band. Proceed with refitting  - 1088E11  fans with single engine duct - r+r . Place the drainage plug back in its housing in the radiator. Proceed with refitting - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER . Proceed with refitting - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. . Proceed with refitting  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair . Proceed with refitting  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 1088D14  upper sleeve for coolant inlet to radiator - r + r . Proceed with refitting  - 0010T20  coolant change . .Proceed with refitting  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Proceed with refitting  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Connect the negative (-) battery terminalRemove the car from the ramps.
