(left). - 7055B39 front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right) - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r . - 5510C14 ignition coil/s - r+r . - 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket . - 1092G10 single engine belt r r . - 1092G20 engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r . - 1092A12 crankshaft pulley - r+r for versions with air conditioner . - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r . - 1092E10 counter-rotating shaft drive toothed belt - r + r . - 1092E20 counter-rotating shaft drive toothed belts drive pulley - r + r with toothed belt removed . Renmove the spark plugs for cylinder no. 1.1. Fit the tool (1a), complete with dial gauge (1b), in the housing in the spark plug for the 1st cylinder.

Rotate the crankshaft until the piston for cylinder no. 1 is at T.D.C. at the power stroke.1. Undo the moving tensioner nut.2. Remove the timing drive belt.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Loosen the bolts (1a) for the camshaft driven pulley, inlet side, using the tool (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Loosen the bolt (2a) for the camshaft driven pulley, exhaust side, using tools (2b) and (2c) for counter-torque.

Undo the bolts and remove the camshaft third cap.1. Fit the tool (1a) in place of the camshaft caps removed and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Check that the camshaft cam profile matches the tool correctly.

Fit the timing belt.1. Apply maximum tension to the timing belt using the tool.

2. Tighten the nut for the moving tensioner to the recommended torque.

2. Tighten the bolts (2a) for the camshaft driven pulley, exhaust side, to the recommended torque using the tools (2b) and (2c) for counter-torque.

Remove the engine timing adjustment templates.

Fit the camshaft caps previously remove and fix them tightnening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Rotate the crankshaft through two revolutions.Loosen the moving tensioner nut.1. Make sure that the moving reference (1a) for the moving tensioner lines up with the reference hole (1b) using the tool (1c).

2. Tighten the nut for the moving tensioner to the recommended torque.
