3314141 - 1072D10 modular inlet manifold - r+r

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the lift. Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

Discharge the fuel supply pressure (  See assembly 10   ENGINE ).  - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r . 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the modular inlet manif9old actuator go ahead solenoid valve.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the insufficient engine oil pressure switch.

3. Disconnect the rapid attachment coupling for the fuel vapour recovery pipe. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the Lambda sensor.

3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine rpm and timing sensor.

1. Release and disconnect the electrical connections (1a) and (1b) from the injection/ignition control unit.

2. Disconnect the vacuum intake pipe from the modular inlet manifold.3. Disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe from the modular inlet manifold.4. Disconnect the air inlet hose from the butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S.5. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the phase transformer electro-magnet.

2. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors.

3. Disconnect the fuel supply pipe from the single fuel manifold pipe.4. Loosen the bands securing the modular inlet manifold to the hoses.  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Disconnect all the pipes and the electrical cables from the modular inlet manifold and the mounting bracket.Undo the fixing bolts and remove the modular inlet casing mounting bracket.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and raise the modular inlet manifold (1b) as necessary.2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel vapour solenoid valve.

3. Disconnect the electrical connection from the butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S.

Remove the modular inlet manifold complete with butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S. Refitting ( Removing )

When refitting, the learning procedure for the butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S. and the modular inlet manifold must be repeated (Carry out Op.   1056B81  run electronic ignition/injection control unit (single) self-learning procedure .

Place the modular inlet manifold complete with butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S. back in its housing.Connect the electrical connection to the butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S.Connect the electrical connection to the fuel vapour solenoid valve.Tighten the bolts fixing the modular inlet manifold.Fit the modular inlet casing mounting bracket and fix it using the bolts.Fix the pipes and electrical cables to the bands on the modular inlet manifold and the mounting bracket. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Tighten the bands fixing the modular inlet manifold to the hoses.Connect the fuel supply pipe to the single fuel manifold pipe.Connect the electrical connections to the injectors.Connect the electrical connection to the phase transformer electro-magnet. Connect the accelerator cable to the butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S. and adjust it (refer to op.   1068A30  accelerator control cable - r + r ). Connect the air inlet hose to the butterfly casing integrated with the M.D.S.Connect the oil vapour recirculation pipe to the modular inlet manifold.Connect the vacuum intake pipe to the modular inlet manifold.Connect and fix the electrical connection to the injection/ignition control unit.Connect the electrical connection for the engine/front coupling wiring.Connect the electrical connection for the engine rpm and timing sensor.Connect the electrical connection for the detonation sensor.Connect the electrical connection for the Lambda sensor.Connect the rapid attachment coupling for the fuel vapour recovery pipe.Connect the electrical connection for the insufficient engine oil pressure switch.Connect the electrical connection to the modular inlet manifold actuator go ahead solenoid valve. - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
