) - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.1. Unclip the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and move aside the coolant reservoir (1b).

1. Undo the connector and disconnect the inlet hose to the vibration damper, damper side.2. Undo the connector and disconnect the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder, damper side.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the hydraulic clutch system vibration damper (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit the hydraulic clutch system vibration damper (1a) with its bolts (1b).2. Connect the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder, damper side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.

3. Connect the inlet hose to the vibration damper, damper side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque

Refit the coolant reservoir and secure it with its bolt.Secure the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir to its clip. - 1820B08 Clutch release HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Bleeding air and restoring level . - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).
