3314000 - 0010T12 engine oil and filter replace (Automatic transmission)

Engine oil is harmful to the skin: minimize contact of the oil with the skin; in case of contact wash with soap and water.

Position the vehicle on the rampWith the engine hot, remove the filler cap. Carry out op.   7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left). Carry out op.   7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Withdraw the oil level dipstick.Raise the car. Carry out op.   7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Undo the drain plug on the engine sump and drain the oil fully into a suitable container.

Be very careful whilst removing the drain plug; the oil could be very hot.

Do not disperse the oil into the environment, as indiscriminate dispersal of this product causes pollution.

Working under the vehicle, use the specific wrench to release the oil filter and remove it. Clean the drain plug and screw it on, with its seal, to the specified torque.

Dampen the gasket of the new oil filter with engine oil and screw on the filter fully by hand. Complete op.   7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Lower the vehicle. Refill the engine lubrication circuit using the recommended oil.

Check that the engine oil level on the dipstick is correct.

The oil level should be checked with the vehicle on flat ground. If the oil level is higher than the Max mark, it could cause excessive evaporation of the oil and a loss of pressure.

Refit the filler cap, run the engine at idle speed for about 2 minutes, turn off the engine and wait a few minutes. Check the oil level and that there are no leaks.
