3314125 - 1056B81 run electronic ignition/injection control unit (single) self-learning procedure (Automatic transmission)

Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position. Check that: the air conditioning is switched off, the accelerator pedal is never pressed and the accelerator cable is correctly positioned (refer to op.   1068A30  accelerator control cable - r + r ). Connect the tool to the diagnostic socket and place the knob in position 3.

Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment.Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment.Using the Examiner, enter the "Control Unit Test" ambient.Place the ignition key in the ON position.Using the Examiner, enter the "Active Diagnosis" ambient, then select "Reset self-adjustment parameters" and "Idle actuator".Using the Examiner, press "Carry out active diagnosis".Place the ignition key in the OFF position and wait for 30 seconds.Place the ignition key in the ON position and wait for 30 seconds.Using the Examiner, re-establish the dialogue with the engine control system.Using the Examiner, enter the "Parameters" ambient and select the following tests from the menu - "Idle recognition test - carried out" and "Idle recognition signals - synchronized".
If at least one of the parameters does not conform, place the ignition key in the OFF position and repeat the procedure. If this non conformity persists, check that the diagnostic cable is correctly connected and check the operation of the instrument.
Place the ignition key in the OFF position and wait for 30 seconds.Start up the engine without acting on the accelerator pedal.Disconnect the diagnostic equipment.Test the vehicle by driving for several kilometres then, with the engine warmed up, check that it is idling correctly.
During this procedure, from the moment when the instrument panel is supplied with power until the end of learning, do not press the accelerator, brake or clutch pedals.
