Removing ( Refitting ) Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with the removal  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r rWithdraw the engine oil dipstick from its seating.1. Undo lower bolts (1a) upper nuts (1b) and remove the catalytic preconverter heat shield (1c). Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the catalytic preconverter heat shield, then tighten the upper nuts and lower bolts.Place the engine oil dipstick back in its seating. Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides).
