3314573 - 3330B16 pedal unit assembly - dismantle rebuild at bench

1. Remove the safety clip.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the accelerator pedal (2b). 1. Remove the split pin (1a), undo the nuts (1b) and remove the clutch master cylinder (1c). 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the clutch pedal (1b) complete with bush (1c) and spring (1d).2. Disengage the spring and remove the brake pedal (2a) complete with bush (2b) and spacers (2c). Refit the brake pedal, complete with bush and spacers, in its seating.Refit the clutch pedal, complete with bush and spring, in its seating.Secure the brake pedal and clutch pedal with their bolt.Fit the master cylinder and secure it with its nuts.Secure the clutch master cylinder to the clutch pedal and secure with the split pin. Fit the accelerator pedal and secure with its bolts and stop.

For the 2.0 TS engine, after refitting the pedal assembly, adjust the accelerator control cable. (Refer to op.   1068A30  accelerator control cable - r + r accelerator control CABLE - R&R).
