3314187 - 1088B24 engine cooling radiator - r r for air conditioned versions (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Make sure that the ignition is OFF (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

 - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left)  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . 1. Release the wiring for the multi-stage pressure switch from the securing band.2. Undo the bolts fixing the air conditioning dehumidifier filter/accumulator mounting bracket to the engine cooling fan.Move the dehumidifier filter/accumulator complete with bracket and pipes.  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Disconnect the upper coolant inlet hose to the radiator, radiator side.

Collect the coolant in a suitable container.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine cooling fan.

2. Disconnect the electrical connections from the engine cooling fan resistance.

 - 1048A28  vacuum air circuit resonator pipe - r+r .  - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace . 1. Disconnect the lower coolant inlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair . - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. . 1. Undo the bolts fixing the condenser to the engine cooling radiator.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the side brackets (2b) fixing the radiator.3. Remove the engine cooling radiator complete with fan. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the engine cooling radiator, complete with fan, back in its housing.Fit the side brackets fixing the engine cooling radiator and fix it using the bolts.- 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. . Connect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side. - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace .  - 1048A28  vacuum air circuit resonator pipe - r+r . Connect the electrical connections to the engine cooling fan resistor.Connect the electrical connection to the engine cooling fan.Connect the upper coolant inlet hose to the radiator, radiator side. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Place the dehumidifier filter/accumulator, complete with bracket and pipes, back in its housing and fix it to the engine cooling fan using the bolts.Fix the wiring for the multi-stage pressure switch to the securing band. - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right left). Supply the engine cooling system with the recommended fluid.

Connect the battery terminal (-).Remove the car from the ramp.
