Description
On request, the car may be fitted with dipped beam headlamps with xenon bulbs.The lighting provided by this type of bulb is considerably greater than from conventional bulbs, in terms of both quality of light and size of illuminated area.The strong brightness produced by this type of headlamp requires the use of an automatic system to maintain a constant headlamp alignment and avoid dazzling oncoming vehicles.The headlamp adjustment device comprises:
- front alignment sensor mounted on front left suspension
- rear alignment sensor mounted on rear left suspension
- control unit
- two actuators mounted on the front lights clusters
- specific wiring for connecting the various components.
