3314039 - 1008B20 power unit intermediate mount flexible block - replace (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left)  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left)  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right and left)  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055B10  Front BUMPER - R.R. . 1. Disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the separator.2. Disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe from the separator.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the oil vapour separtor (3b) away from the cylinder head. 1. Fit the engine mounting bracket (1a) on the right cylinder head and fix it using the bolt (1b).2. Fit the engine mounting bracket (2a) on the left cylinder head and fix it using the bolt (2b). Undo the bolt and remove the front bumper mounting bracket to allow the power unit supporting tools to be correctly positioned.1. Fit the safety tools (1a), (1b) and (1c) for supporting the power unit.

2. Connect the rods for the tools to the mounting brackets fitted previously and tension them.  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left).  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 1076B70  exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r .  - 1064A48  sleeve connecting rh exhaust manifold and turbocharger flange - r r and replace gaskets . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and disconnect the right front half shaft (1b) from the intermediate half shaft.

The above bolts have been treated with an eslok type material therefore they should be replaced each time they are removed.

Remove the clip and release the right front brake caliper flexible pipe from the mounting bracket.1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the upper track control arm (1b) from the front hub steering knuckle using tool (1c).

Move the right front driveshaft away from the intermediate driveshaft. 1. Undo the nut fixing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting. 1. Undo the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting. 1. Loosen the two bolts fixing the gearbox side support flexible mounting to the front suspension frame.  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r .  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . Raise the power unit, as necessary, using the supporting tool rods.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the flexible mounting for the power unit rear support (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the flexible mounting for the power unit rear support (1a) and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Place the power unit back in its housing using the supporting tools. - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r .  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r . 1. Tighten the bolts fixing the gearbox side support flexible mounting to the front suspension frame to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the nut securing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

Place the right driveshaft back in its housing.Connect the upper track control arm to the front hub steering knuckle and fix it tightening the nut to the recommended torque.

Fix the right front brake caliper flexible pipe to the mounting bracket and fix it using the clip.1. Connect the right front driveshaft (1a) to the intermediate driveshaft and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

The above bolts have been treated with an eslok type material therefore they should be replaced each time they are removed.

 - 1064A48  sleeve connecting rh exhaust manifold and turbocharger flange - r r and replace gaskets .  - 1076B70  exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r .  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left). Remove the safety tools used for supporting the power unit.

Fit the front bumper mounting bracket and fix it using the bolt.Undo the bolts and remove the engine mounting brackets from the cylinder heads.Place the oil vapour separator back in its housing and fix it using the bolts.Connect the oil vapoer recirculation pipe to the separator.Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe to the separator. - 7055B10  Front BUMPER - R.R. .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right and left)  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left)  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left) Remove the car from the ramp.
