Place the vehicle on a ramp. - 7040B10 load platform (luggage platform) trim - r+r
.
- 1040A70 submerged pump assembly complete with level guage
control - r + r
.
Drain the fuel from the tank using suitable
equipment. - 4450B11 WHEEL (one) rear - R.R.
(right).
Undo the bolts and remove the rear part
of the right rear wheel arch liner.1. Disconnect the connecting pipes to the valves on the tank from
the fuel vapour separator.2. Disconnect the rapid attachment for the fuel vapour supply pipe
to the canister.3. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe to the bodyshell.4. Loosen the band fixing the fuel filler pipe to the hose.
Refitting

Place the fuel filler pipe back in its
housing and connect it to the hose.Connect the fuel reflux pipe to the fuel
filler pipe and fix it to the band.Place the fuel filler pipe back in its
housing and fix it using the spring.Fit the fuel filler pipe cap.Tighten the band fixing the fuel filler
pipe to the hose.Tighten the bolts fixing the fuel filler
pipe to the bodyshell.Connect the rapid attachment for the fuel
vapour supply pipe to the canister.Connect the connecting pipes to the valves
on the tank to the fuel vapour separator.Place the right rear wheel arch liner back
in its housing and fix it using the bolts. - 4450B11 WHEEL (one) rear - R.R.
(right).

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
