3314195 - 1088D26 rigid intake pipe to water pump - r+r for versions with a/c (Automatic transmission)

) Position the vehicle on the lift. - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and move aside the coolant reservoir (1b).

- 1048B44 heat exchanger/manifold pipe - r r . - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . - 1088C40 thermostat- r + r . - 1088C36 thermostat support - r + r . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the connector (1b) away from the right cylinder head complete with pipes.

1. Remove the protective cover (1a), disconnect the electrical connection (1b) and release the wiring from the band.

- 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left). - 7055B39 front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (left). 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the mounting bracket (1b) complete with clutch master cylinder (1c) and the relevant pipes.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the earth lead (1b) from the gearbox side rigid power unit support.

Undo the nut securing the wiring mounting bracket to the gear selection/engagement device.1. Undo the bolt (1a), disconnect the pipes and remove the water pump rigid inlet pipe (1b) complete with O-rings.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the water pump rigid inlet pipe, complete with O-Rings, back in its housing and fix it using the bolts.Connect the pipes to the fluid rigid inlet pipe to the water pump.Tighten the nut securing the wiring mounting bracket to the gear selection/engagement device.Connect the earth lead to the gearbox side rigid power unit support and fix it using the bolt.Replace the mounting bracket, complete with clutch master cyclinder and pipes, in its housing and fix it using the bolts. - 7055B39 front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (left). - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left). Connect the electrical connection and fit the protective cover.Refit, in its seating in the right cylinder head, the connector complete with coolant pipes and fix it using its bolts. - 1088C36 thermostat support - r + r . - 1088C40 thermostat- r + r . - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . - 1048B44 heat exchanger/manifold pipe - r r . Refit the coolant reservoir and secure it with its bolt. - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
