) - 1072B50 sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r . - 1016A34 right-hand cam cover - r + r and replace gasket . - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right). - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right). - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (right). - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right). - 4130B10 power steering fluid resevoir r r . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the upper protective timing cover (1b).2. Slacken the bolts securing the right cylinder head driven pulley.

1. Undo the nut (1a) securing the hub to the camshaft using the tools (1b) and (1c) as counter-torque.

Undo the bolts securing the right cylinder head driven pulley, previously slackened.1. Fit the tool on the driven pulley and fix it to the hub using the bolts

2. Tighten the nut (2a) of the tool using the tools (2b) and (2c) to lock the driven pulley, so that the pulley and hub can be brought forward until they disengage from the camshaft.

1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the camshaft caps (1b).2. Remove the right cylinder head camshaft.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Remove the central part of the tool.2. Fit the camshaft and check, through the hole in the tool, that the key is in the correct position.Push the driven pulley into its seat.Remove the tool.

1. Tighten the right cylinder head driven pulley bolts to the specified torque.

2. Tighten the nut (2a) securing the hub to the camshaft to the specified torque, using the tools (2b) and (2c) as counter-torque.

3. Fit the camshaft caps (3a) and secure them with their nuts (3b) to the specified torque.

(right). - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right). - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right). - 1016A30 left cam cover - r + r and replace gasket .
