) Position the vehicle on the lift. Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op. 5530B10 battery - r+r ).

(right). - 4130B10 power steering fluid resevoir r r . - 1092G10 single engine belt r r . - 1092G14 engine component single belt mobile tensioner - r + r . - 1092G20 engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r . - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r . 1. Rotate the crankshaft so that the references on the camshafts are aligned with the ones on the relevant caps.

1. Slacken the bolts (1a) securing the moving timing belt tensioner and remove the timing belt (1b) from the driven pullies.

1. Slacken the bolts securing the left cylinder head driven pulley.2. Undo the nut (2a) securing the hub to the camshaft using tools (2b) and (2c) as counter-torque.

Undo the bolts fixing the left cylinder head driven pulley, previously slackened.1. Fit the tool on the driven pulley and fix it to the hub using the bolts

2. Tighten the nut on the tool (2a) using the tools (2b) and (2c) as counter-torque until the left cylinder head driven pulley/hub assembly (2d) can be removed.

3. Prise off and remove the left head camshaft front seal.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit the left head camshaft front seal (1a) using the tool (1b).

Fit the left cylinder head driven pulley/hub assembly, checking that the key is in the correct position.1. Tighten the left cylinder head driven pulley bolts to the specified torque.

2. Tighten the nut (2a) securing the hub to the camshaft to the specified torque, using the tools (2b) and (2c) as counter-torque.

Fit the timing belt and carry out the timing (refer to op. 1032B14 toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement versions with air conditioner ). - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r . - 1092G20 engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r . - 1092G14 engine component single belt mobile tensioner - r + r . - 1092G10 single engine belt r r . - 4130B10 power steering fluid resevoir r r . - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right). - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (right). - 1016A36 left hand and right hand cam cover - r+r . - 1072B50 sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r . - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right). - 7040D30 engine bay front beam cover - r r . - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
