) Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op. 5530B10 battery - r+r ).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the intake air temperature sensor.

2. Loosen the band securing the air inlet hose to the throttle body integrated with the D.V.L.3. Disconnect the connecting pipe to the supercharging air bypass valve.4. Undo the bolts securing the air supply rigid pipe mounting bracket to the thermostat.5. Disconnect the air supply hose from the heat exchanger to the rigid pipe.

1. Remove the rigid supply pipe between heat exchanger and inlet manifold.

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit in its seating the air supply rigid pipe between heat exchanger and inlet manifold.Connect the air supply pipe from heat exchanger to rigid pipe.Tighten the bolts securing the air supply rigid pipe mounting bracket to the thermostat.Connect the connecting pipe to the supercharging bypass valve.Tighten the band securing the air inlet hose to the throttle body integrated with D.V.L.Connect the electrical connection to the intake air temperature sensor.Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
