3314161 - 1080B60 LAMBDA SENSOR - R.R. (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

 - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right). 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the Lambda sensor.

1. Release the electrical wiring for the Lambda sensor from the fixing on the power assisted steering mounting bracket.
 - 1088E11  fans with single engine duct - r+r . 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and the bolt (1b) and remove the heat shield (1c) from the left cylinder head exhaust manifold.
1. Undo and remove the Lambda sensor complete with electrical wiring.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the Lambda sensor complete with electrical wiring and tighten it to the specified torque.

Fit the heat shield for the left cylinder head exhaust manifold and fix it using the bolt and nuts. - 1088E11  fans with single engine duct - r+r . Secure the Lambda sensor electrical wiring to the attachment on the power steering pump mounting bracket.Connect the electrical connection for the Lambda sensor. - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
