) - 7055A18 Windscreen base TRIM - R.R. . - 5050B38 windscreen wiper assembly - r+r or repair . - 5010B52 ducts (one), lh or rh, on air distribution unit for air duct beneath facia r r with facia removed . 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the steering shaft mount strut (1b).

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the earth lead (1b).

2. Disconnect the electrical wiring (2a) from the clips (2b) and move it aside.3. Undo the bolt (3a) and remove the steering wheel release lever (3b).4. Undo the bolt and release the steering column from the mounting bracket.

1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the steering column mounting bracket (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the steering column mounting bracket and secure it with its nuts.1. Tighten to the specified torque the bolt securing the steering wheel adjuster to the mounting bracket.

2. Fit the steering wheel release lever (2a) and tighten its bolt (2b) to the specified torque.

The adjustment spacer must be positioned with the tip facing the front of the car.

3. Refit the electrical wiring (3a) in its seating and secure it with its clips (3b).4. Connect the earth lead (4a) and secure it with its screw (4b).

1. Fit the steering shaft mount strut (1a) and tighten its nuts (1b) to the specified torque.
