Removing ( Refitting )  - 7045B10  l/h or r/h front seat head restraint - r+r - 7045B16  Front seat HEAD RESTRAINT TRIM, left or right - R.R. with head restraint removed1. Unscrew the clutch device retaining bolt.2. Remove the clip from the clutch device.3. Remove the head restraint pins. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the head restraint pins.Fit the clutch clip.Partly tighten the retaining bolt.1. Adjust head restraint travel and flexibility.
