3314272 - 1072C30 l/h exhaust manifold - r + r and replace seal (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Place the vehicle on a ramp. - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 1072C40  l.h. exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead r + r .  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and move the connecting hose between the exhaust manifold and turbocharger flange (1b) complete with seals.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and nuts (1b), then remove the left exhaust manifold (1c).2. Remove the gaskets.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the left exhaust manifold complete with gaskets and fix it with the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

Place the connecting hose between the exhaust manifold and turbocompressor flange complete with seals back in its housing and fix it tightening the nuts to the specified torque.

 - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 1072C40  l.h. exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead r + r .  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left). Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
