3314573 - 3330B16 pedal unit assembly - dismantle rebuild at bench

1. Disengage the linkage from the accelerator pedal potentiometer.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the accelerator pedal potentiometer (2b). 1. Remove the safety clip.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the accelerator pedal (2b) complete with linkage (2c). Refit the brake pedal, complete with bush and spacers, in its seating.Refit the clutch pedal, complete with bush and spring, in its seating.Secure the brake pedal and clutch pedal with their bolt.Fit the master cylinder and secure it with its nuts.Secure the clutch master cylinder to the clutch pedal and secure with the split pin. Fit the accelerator pedal complete with linkage and secure with its bolts and stop.Fit the accelerator pedal potentiometer and secure with its bolts.Connect the linkage to the accelerator pedal potentiometer.

For 2.5 V6 - 3.0 V6 - 2.0 TB engines, after refitting the pedal assembly, adjust the accelerator pedal potentiometer. (Refer to op.   1068A50  accelerator potentiometer - r+r ).
