5. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

6. Disconnect the engine/i.e. connection.

7. Open band (7a) and move the engine wiring (7b).

1. Release the electrical wiring from the mounting bracket.2. Undo bolts (2a) and remove wiring mounting bracket (2b).

1. Remove the cover (1a) and disconnect the electrical connections (1b).2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the ABS mounting brackets (2b)Undo the nut and release the electrical connection mounting bracket from the ABS mounting.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the clutch operating cylinder (1b), complete with bracket without disconnecting the pipe.2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the reversing lights switch.

3. Undo the bolt (3a) and release the ABS wiring (3b) from the bracket.

2. Undo and remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.

1. Open the junction box, undo nut (1a) and disconnect the starter motor supply cable (1b).

Release the starter motor supply cable from the band located on the master cylinder.2. Release the electrical wiring from the band on the engine coolant reservoir mounting.3. Open the band securing the brake-clutch fluid reservoir.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine coolant tank support (1b).

1. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the brake servo unit.2. Release the servobrake vacuum intake pipe from the band on the engine bay bulkhead.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove bulkhead passage upper protection (1c).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and nut (1b) and remove bulkhead passage lower protection (1c).

1. Disconnect the flexible pipes from the brake fluid reservoir to the master cylinder, master cylinder side.2. Release the rigid pipe from master cylinder to ABS hydraulic control unit from the relevant bands.3. Undo the connectors and disconnect the rigid pipe from the master cylinder to the A.B.S. hydraulic control unit, master cylinder side.

1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove passenger side footrest (1b).

Remove the passenger side carpet.1. Undo bolts (1a), remove plastic pins (1b) and remove the injection-ignition control unit cover (1c).2. Undo nuts (2a) and move injection-ignition control unit (2b).

1. Undo bolts (1a) and move the injection-ignition control unit cover (1b) after releasing the accelerator control potentiometer wiring from the band.

1. Remove the clip (1a) after releasing the servobrake control (1b) from the brake pedal return bar.2. Undo the nuts securing the brake assembly to the brake servo.

1. Remove the servobrake / brake pump assembly.

1. Undo nuts (1a) and remove bracket (1b).2. Remove the 2 protection halves from the servobrake.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the 2 servobrake protection halves back in their housing.Fit the bracket and fix it using the nuts.Place the servobrake / brake pump assembly back in its housing.Tighten the nuts retaining the pedal unit to the servobrake to the specified torque.Connect the servobrake control rod to the brake pedal return bar and secure it with the clip.Place the injection - ignition control unit mounting back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Secure the accelerator pedal potentiometer electrical wiring with the bands.Place the injection/ignition control unit back in its housing and fix it using the nuts.Place the injection/ignition control unit cover back in its housing and fix it using the and plastic pins.Place the passenger side footrest back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Connect the rigid pipe from master cylinder to ABS hydraulic control unit, master cylinder side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.
