) Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op. 5530B10 battery - r+r ).

- 7040A43 cover (one only) for wiring beneath facia - r r . 1. Undo the nut and bolt and move the electrical connections mounting aside.2. Remove the clutch pedal switch from its seat.3. Remove the master cylinder guard.

1. Remove the split pin and release the clutch pump from the pedal.2. Undo the nut (2a) and withdraw its bolt as far as necessary (2b).3. Remove the clutch pedal (3a) complete with bush (3b) and spring (3c).

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit the clutch pedal, complete with bush and spring, in its seating and secure with its bolt.Tighten the clutch pedal bolt to the specified torque.
