3314271 - 1072B50 sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting )  - 1048A48  throttle heater sleeve - r r . 1. Loosen the bands fixing the inlet ducts to the air chamber.2. Disconnect the vacuum intake pipe from the air chamber.3. Disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe from the air chamber.4. Disconnect the fuel vapour recirculation pipe from the air chamber.5. Undo the bolts (5a) and move the oil vapour separator (5b) away from the air chamber.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the throttle casing integrated with the D.V.L.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the air chamber (1b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the air chamber, connect it to the intake ducts and fix it using the bolts.Connect the electrical connection to the throttle body integrated with the D.V.L.Place the oil vapour separator back in its housing and fix it using the bolts to the air chamber.Connect the fuel vapour recovery pipe to the air chamber.Connect the oil vapour recirculation pipe to the air chamber.Connect the vacuum intake pipe to the air chamber.Tighten the bands fixing the inlet ducts to the air chamber. - 1048A48  throttle heater sleeve - r r . Removing ( Refitting ) Ensure that the ignition key is in the stop OFF, then disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Proceed with the removal  - 1056B82  injection/ignition system e.c.u. (one) - r + r . 1. Open the electrical connections box cover.2. Disconnect the engine coupling.

3. Disconnect the electrical connections (3a) and (3b) for the rear Lambda sensors and the catalytic converter.

4. Disconnect the electrical connection for the detonation sensor, timing side.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the connections box (1b).
1. Release the fuel supply pipe (1a) and the electrical wiring for the detonation sensor (1b) from the fastening (1c) on the air chamber.
1. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe (1b) from the corrugated hose.2. Loosen the bands (2a) and remove the corrugated hose (2b), complete with resonator.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the throttle casing integrated with the D.V.L.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the vacuum intake pipe from the air chamber.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the air chamber.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the earth lead (1b) from the air chamber.
1. Loosen the bolts fixing the intakes to the manifolds.
1. Loosen the bands securing the air intakes to the air chamber.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the air chamber (2b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the air chamber back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Tighten the bands securing the air intakes to the air chamber.Tighten the bolts securing the air intakes to the manifolds.Connect the earth lead to the air chamber and secure it using the bolts.Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe to the air chamber and secure it using the band.Connect the vauum intake pipe to the air chamber and secure it using the band.Connect the electrical connection to the throttle body integrated with the D.V.L.Place the corrugated hose, complete with resonator, back in its housing and tighten the bands.Connect the oil vapour recirculation pipe to the corrugated hose and tighten the band.Secure the fuel supply pipe and the electrical wiring for the detonation sensor to the fastening on the air chamber.Place the electrical connections box back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Connect the electrical connection for the detonation sensor, timing side.Connect the electrical connections for the rear Lambda sensors to the catalytic converter.Connect the engine coupling.Close the electrical connections box cover. Proceed with the refitting  - 1056B82  injection/ignition system e.c.u. (one) - r + r . Connect the battery terminal (-).
When refitting, the control unit self-learning procedure must be repeated (proceed with the refitting  - 1056B81  run electronic ignition/injection control unit (single) self-learning procedure ).
