) - 7040A43 cover (one only) for wiring beneath facia - r r . Undo the bolts and remove the central console left trim.1. Remove the rubber protector (1a) and the accelerator pedal travel stop (1b).

1. Move aside the floor carpet, unscrew the nuts (1a) and remove the steering column universal joint guard (1b).

1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal from the potentiometer linkage.2. Remove the stop (2a), undo the bolts (2b) and remove the accelerator pedal (2c).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the accelerator pedal and secure with its bolts and stop.Connect the accelerator pedal to the potentiometer linkage.Fit the steering column universal joint guard and secure it with its nuts.Put the floor carpet back in place.Fit the accelerator pedal travel stop and its rubber protector.Fit the central console left trim and secure using its bolts.
