3314035 - 1008A44 rear rigid mount - r r (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Make sure that the ignition is OFF (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

Disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the separator.2. Disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe from the separator.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the oil vapour separtor (3b) away from the cylinder head.
1. Fit the engine mounting bracket (1a) on the right cylinder head and fix it using the bolt (1b).2. Fit the engine mounting bracket (2a) on the left cylinder head and fix it using the bolt (2b).
Undo the bolt and remove the front bumper mounting bracket to allow the power unit supporting tools to be correctly positioned.1. Fit the safety tools (1a), (1b) and (1c) for supporting the power unit.

2. Connect the rods for the tools to the mounting brackets fitted previously and tension them.
 - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left).  - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right)  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Remove the engine oil filter (1a) using a suitable tool (1b).
Recover the engine oil in a suitable container.
 - 1076B52  exhaust pipe (one) leaving l/h or r/h exhaust manifold - r + r (right and left)  - 2710A31  intermediate drive shaft - r r .  - 1092G10  single engine belt r r .  - 1092G20  engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r . 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the insufficient engine oil pressure switch.

2. Undo and remove the insufficient engine oil pressure switch.
1. Disconnect the electrical connections (1a) and (1b) from the alternator.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the alternator (2b).
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and the nut (1b) and remove the brackets (1c) supporting the cooling radiator engine oil supply and return pipes.2. Undo the connectors (2a) and disconnect the cooling radiator engine oil supply and return pipes (2b).
Release the electrical wiring from the band on the starter motor rear mounting bracket.1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the starter motor rear mounting bracket (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) and the nuts (2b) fixing the rigid rear support for the power unit to the cylinder block/crankcase.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the alternator mounting (1b).
1. Undo the nut fixing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting.
 - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r .  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . 1. Undo the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting.
1. Loosen the two bolts fixing the gearbox side support flexible mounting to the front suspension frame.
1. Raise the power unit, as necessary, using the rods for the supporting tools and remove the power unit rigid rear support.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the rigid rear support for the power unit back in its housing.Place the power unit back in its housing using the supporting tools.1. Tighten the bolts fixing the gearbox side support flexible mounting to the front suspension frame to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

Fit the alternator mounting and fix it using the bolts.1. Tighten the bolts (1a) and the nuts (1b) fixing the power unit rigid rear support to the cylinder block to the specified torque.

2. Fit the starter motor rear mounting bracket (2a) and fix it using the nuts (2b).Fix the electrical wiring to the band on the starter motor rear mounting bracket.
Connect the cooling radiator engine oil supply and return pipes and fix them tightnening the connectors to the recommended torque.

Fit the cooling radiator engine oil supply and return pipes and fix them using the bolt and the nut.1. Fit the alternator (1a) and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect the electrical connections (1a) and (1b), checking that there is no contact with the terminal for the B+ cable (1c) and the pin for the D+ cable (1d).

2. Secure the cables using the nuts.
Take special care to ensure that the alternator cables are correctly positioned in their housings, following the routing illustrated exactly.
Fit the insufficient engine oil pressure switch and tighten it to the recommended torque.
