3314096 - 1040A30 fuel filler pipe - r + r (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Place the vehicle on a ramp. - 7040B10  load platform (luggage platform) trim - r+r .  - 1040A70  submerged pump assembly complete with level guage control - r + r . Drain the fuel from the tank using suitable equipment. - 4450B11  WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. (right). Undo the bolts and remove the rear part of the right rear wheel arch liner.1. Disconnect the connecting pipes to the valves on the tank from the fuel vapour separator.2. Disconnect the rapid attachment for the fuel vapour supply pipe to the canister.3. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe to the bodyshell. 1. Remove the fuel filler pipe cap.2. Remove the spring fixing the fuel filler pipe and release it from the housing, pressing it inwards. 1. Disconnect the fuel reflux pipe from the tank.2. Disconnect the fuel inlet hose from the tank.3. Release the fuel vapour pipes from the band on the hose joining the rigid pipe to the fuel tank. 1. Remove the complete fuel filler pipe. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the complete fuel filler pipe back in its housing and connect it to the fuel tank.Connect the fuel reflux pipe to the tank.Fix the fuel vapour pipes to the band on the hose joining the rigid pipe to the fuel tank.Place the fuel filler pipe back in its housing and fix it using the spring.Fit the fuel filler pipe cap.Tighten the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe to the bodyshell.Connect the rapid attachment for the fuel vapour supply pipe to the canister.Connect the connecting pipes to the valves on the tank to the fuel vapour separator.Place the right rear wheel arch liner and fix it using the bolts. - 4450B11  WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. (right).  - 1040A70  submerged pump assembly complete with level guage control - r + r .  - 7040B10  load platform (luggage platform) trim - r+r . Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
