Fit the complete fuel pipe, complete with
fuel injectors, and tighten its bolts to the specified torque. | Check that the fuel injectors are positioned correctly in their seatings. |

Ensure that the ignition key is in OFF
position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (

).

 | Precautions to be taken over the rapid connection of the right fuel manifold pipe to the left one: - Avoid working with the engine hot under all circumstances; - Never use tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, etc. under any circumstances; - If it is released, rotate the rapid connector cover before acting on the release buttons; - Check its condition (distortion/retaining fins broken, release buttons) before reconnecting it; - After reattaching the rapid connector, check that it is correctly attached by pulling it; - At the end of the fitting operation, check that there are no fuel leaks by starting up the engine again; - If there is damage to the rapid connector, replace the complete right fuel pipe. |

Place the fuel pipe, complete with injectors,
back in its housing and fix it using the bolts.Connect the electrical connections to the
injectors.Connect the rapid connector for the fuel
supply pipe to the complete fuel pipe.
Proceed with the refitting
- 1072B42 left hand or right hand
inlet manifold (one) - r+r
.
Connect the battery terminal (-).
