Fit the crankshaft lock.

2. Undo the bolt fixing the chain drive to the engine oil pump.3. Undo the nut securing the crankshaft pulley.

1. Release the chain drive (1a) from the engine oil pump using the tool (1b).

Remove the crankshaft lock.

Remove the crankshaft drive pulley.1. Undo the alternator bracket lower bolt.2. Remove the drive pulley.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the crankshaft front cover (3b) complete with oil seal.Remove the gasket.

Release and remove the oil pump drive chain and sprockets.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the oil pump drive chain and sprockets back in their housing.Remove the oil seal from the crankshaft front cover.Fit the crankshaft front cover, complete with a new gasket, and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

1. Fit the crankshaft front oil seal (1a) using the tool (1b).

Fit the drive pulley.Fit the alternator bracket bottom bolt.Place the crankshaft pulley back in its housing.Fit the crankshaft lock.

Tighten the nut securing the crankshaft pulley to the specified torque.

Place the chain drive back in its housing on the oil pump and fix it tightening the bolt to the recommended torque.
